Standard shipping (Europe) All standard shipments are handled by DPD. The shipping fee is 15 eur. Any exceptions are labelled accordingly. You will receive tracking information by email from DPD when your order arrives at the destination country. Express shipping (Worldwide) All express shipments or any shipment outside of EU are handled by DHL Express. The shipping fees range from 25 eur to 40 eur depending on the region. Any exceptions are labelled accordingly. Available items will be dispatched immediately and are usually delivered within 1 – 3 business days. Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed. You will receive tracking information by email from DHL when your order has been shipped. Please note that national taxes may have to be paid on imports for deliveries outside the EU.
Changes and cancelation If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to inform us within 24 hours otherwise we cannot guarantee any changes to your order. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to cancel your order, you will need return the product and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the delivery company. Returns and refunds If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs). If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery costs. In the case of damage caused by the courier you must inform us by providing us with a clear proof of the damaged package and its content. To make a return please send us an email with your request at orders@equator.institute and we will provide you with a return address closest to your location. The item should be securely wrapped along with your delivery note. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
